I’m a visual designer, drafter, and 3D renderer for theater, entertainment , and other environments. In other words, I’m extremely versatile. I design and draft sets for theater and television, create graphics and animation for projections and advertising, and 3D render products, furniture, and themed (or non-themed) environments.
At an early age, I’ve always had an eye for environments and the way things looked around me. Here’s a story my mom has told me: At just five years old, after my first day of kindergarten, I wanted to show my parents the layout of the classroom. After a couple minutes with paper, markers, and crayons, I presented my first groundplan, complete with the reading corner, the arts and crafts station, the make-believe playhouse, and all doors coming into the room. Today, after many years of education and observing the world of architecture and many (many) viewings of the Lord of the Rinds (extended edition) special features, I design spaces and atmospheres based on a mix of personal experience, inspirational imagery, and historical research for theatre, film, and television. Our surroundings radically affect our perception and shape our own experience. Through architecture and visual effects, I strive to capture the emotion and purpose of every story.
